We perform field examination services in accordance with agreed-upon procedures as requested by a lender. A field examination includes inspection of a client’s books and records and asset value testing focusing on any assets pledged as collateral support for a lending facility.
DARRYL S. BAKER is a seasoned Financial Executive with over 25 years experience in leading the finance function for entrepreneurial publicly-traded companies. He has extensive experience in financing and operating small to medium entrepreneurial, publicly-funded start-up companies, as well as investor relations. He is also experienced in merger and acquisition transactions. He served as CFO and Corporate Controller for various small publicly-traded and entrepreneurial companies, and he was an audit manager for Ernst & Young prior to 1997. He earned his BS in Accountancy from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and is a certified public accountant in the states of Arizona and California (inactive).
RICHARD E. ZEMP is a seasoned Financial Executive with over 40 years experience in financial management and commodities collateral examination. He earned his BS in Accountancy from the University of Utah.
